What EuropeanSwitch Is

A pan-European provider discovery platform

"EuropeanSwitch is a discovery platform designed to help organisations explore and identify European companies across industries."

By bringing together providers, sectors and innovation ecosystems into a structured environment, the platform makes it easier to discover European capabilities and explore trusted alternatives.

Where existing directories include any company with a European presence, EuropeanSwitch lists only companies headquartered in Europe with majority European ownership — organised by sector, independently maintained, and free to use — so organisations can be confident they are identifying providers that are genuinely European, not just globally present with a local office.

Across Europe, thousands of companies offer world-class services, technologies and capabilities. However, information about these organisations is often fragmented across industry networks, conferences, reports and regional directories. EuropeanSwitch helps simplify this process.

Why We Exist

Why EuropeanSwitch Was Built

EuropeanSwitch was built to address a straightforward problem: despite the scale and quality of European industry, discovering European-headquartered providers across sectors is harder than it should be.

Information about European companies is fragmented — scattered across national directories, industry reports, conference listings and regional networks. There was no single structured environment where an organisation could browse European providers by sector, compare alternatives, and identify genuinely European options with confidence.

EuropeanSwitch was created to fill that gap — a neutral, independent platform that brings European provider information into one place, organised by sector and open to everyone.
